In a delivery ceremony held in Toulouse, Virgin Atlantic became the second UK airline to take delivery of an Airbus A350-1000. The aircraft, registered G-VLUX serial number 274, is the first of 12 ordered by the airline. With deliveries spread out to 2021, the new aircraft will be used to gradually replace their Airbus A340-600 and Boeing 747-400 fleet.
