Airbus A220 & Embraer E2 Engines Receive Airworthiness Directive
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive (AD) for the Pratt & Whitney engines that powers the Airbus A220 and Embraer E2 190/95. Pratt & Whitney PW1000G is a high-bypass geared turbofan engine family, currently selected as the exclusive engine for the A220 and Embraer E2 190/95 with PW1500G and PW1900G correspondingly.
