Airbus deliveries have plunged by 80% in April, with only 14 aircraft delivered. Despite not posting any cancellations in April, Airbus has received 66 cancellations thus far in 2020. Airbus has seen a large slump in demand for larger twin-aisle aircraft for long-haul routes, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Airbus has currently delivered 136 aircraft this year, compared to 232 at the same time in 2019. This represents a total of 41% fewer deliveries.
