Qantas has recently introduced some special flights which are only bookable with Qantas points. Named the “Points Plane”, the first flight (operated by an A380) will take off from Melbourne to Tokyo Narita on 21st October 2019; with all 484 seats bookable with Qantas points, only Economy Class seats are left.
As we all know that it’s probably wiser to burn your Qantas points on Business/First Class, you may want to try the next “Points Plane” which will take off on 13th October 2019. This flight will be operated by a particular B747-400, which will serve its final passenger flight.
After 20 years of flying, this flight will be the final journey for our Boeing 747 – ‘Lord Howe Island’ (VH-OJU) and for a limited time – Qantas
