From now until 31st October 2019 targeted Amex cardholders can receive 20,000 Membership Rewards points, when you make an eligible transaction on airfrance.us or klm.us.

Key Things To Note:

  • Flights must originate from the US
  • A minimum spend of $1,000 in one or more eligible transactions on airfrance.us or klm.us.
  • Tickets have to be charged in USD
  • If you have more than 1 Amex card, be sure you check all of them before you click “Add to Card” on the Amex Offers Portal

How to Find Your Amex Offers

In order to see your Amex Offers, you will need to sign in and go to the bottom of the account summary page of any American Express card you have. You will see a screen which looks like this:

If you click on “view all” you will be able to filter down to categories that may be more relevant to you, instead of viewing all available offers.

  1. Here is the problem with these types of offers. With KLM, you usually have all the ticketing done by Delta. Even on KLM’s site, it defaults to Delta. Delta does all of KLM’s customer service in the US. When you check your bill, it will say Delta. It will usually have KLM flight numbers, but sometimes they show Delta codeshare flight numbers. Never attempted to book AF, so can’t comment on AF. But that is the usual process, so I am not sure, you would get the bonus if booking KLM.
