Taiwan’s new full-service carrier STARLUX Airlines, a direct competitor of China Airlines and EVA Air, will be launching a daily flight between Taipei and Cebu, coming 6th April. Background Starlux Airlines is founded by the former CEO of EVA Air, who started this airline after he was ousted from his role.
