What is Covered Under This Pass

• Eligible Destinations: Australia, Japan, Korea, China and India
• Travel Period: Between 2nd March 2020 and 2nd March 2021
• Redeemable Flights:
  i) AirAsia X flights over 4 hours and only with the carrier code D7 (AirAsia X) and XJ (Thai AirAsia X)
  ii) Point to point (direct) flights without any connecting flights.
• Maximum Flights Per Day: 2 flights

Key Details to Note

• Flight booking must be made at least 14 days before departure
• Unlimited Travel pass only covers base fare; it does not cover government taxes and fees, add ons or other charges
• You are only allowed a total of 3 no-shows; otherwise your pass may be forfeited.

AirAsia did not specify what they mean by “Malaysia-based” members. Whether you are a Malaysian or not, no harm turning on your VPN and set it to “Malaysia”. You may be able to see this unlimited travel pass after you have logged into your AirAsia BIG account.
