  1. Not one US based airline in the top ten, how the mighty have fallen over the years. Five of my favorites on the list, I was very pleased with Hainans and Japans business class

  2. 3 Airlines i am AMAZED are not really showing at all! Oman Air, Turkish Airlines and Etihad!!

3 i expected to be there were Singapore and Etihad and Emirates, surprised Cathay made a showing though as not like they once were i hear!!

    BA i read is no.11 i think,WHAT THE…….. Now that is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Qatar Airways ,that does not surprise me at all ,as they really want customer satisfaction and have been a very helpful airline whilst Covid -19 was on! One of the ONLY airlines trying to continue a decent route network and service compared to the rest! Well Done Qatar Airways!! Great Interiors.

Just wished they,(Qatar Airways) were inspired by their B777-300 ER World Cup 2022livery to add more purple in the livery!
I saw a concept done by and Image artist and it looked great with a white under belly, purple top where the blande GREY is and Qatar in Gold paint! Looked very defined and luxurious looking compared to the blande one they have at the moment! Lets hope the world cup livery inspires their CEO and creative team on branding to update their livery down the road! Hell, they have the money to do it! Lol…..

One thing that will be very interesting to see is whether they will fall on their sword and give in to Premium Economy Class like Emirates did??? Heard so far its been a great success with above
expectations on seats filled and thats still with Covid hanging around! Seems like Emirates customers want more of these seats on more routes and aircraft types other than A380’s and i think a rollout on some B777’s!

  3. LH got a 5 star award for a business class product that they may NEVER even receive! So yes, Skytraxx lacks credibility, even if this year’s rankings seem to make some sense.

  4. Ever since LH got a 5 Star award from them, I don’t believe a word they publish. LH’s business class product is no longer competitive and they are considered a 5 Star airline? What a joke!
