My Thoughts
I am extremely pleased with the expansion of VTL to/from Singapore. Singapore is taking the lead in Asia Pacific region to open borders to fully vaccinated travellers. Looks like I can finally fly on Singapore Airlines to Singapore from the United States soon without quarantine.
The VTL arrangement has been simplified and travellers no longer need to take 2 PCR tests after arrival, compared to when it was first announced. I am looking forward to more VTL flight announcements soon.
