During boarding, an incident occurred with an unruly passenger trying to “self-upgrade” and hit a cabin crew. Ground staff, security, and police were called to the scene and the passenger was removed eventually. Unfortunately, Fiona was hit by the unruly passenger.

After takeoff, the service of a long late-night flight began. I joined Fiona in the galley to see how she work as a senior purser at Cathay.
