What’s it like to fly on a Presidential Boeing 747 private jet? Join me on this VIP flight from London to Beijing.
This VIP Boeing 747-400 Combi served Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight, Morocco Government and Dubai Air Wing before being sold off. It was in storage for 2 years and has recently been activated. Engineers share their work on keeping the 747 active before we take off.
After takeoff, I tour the VIP 747 interiors from the private bedroom to the “golden” bathroom, the “Majlis” area, the dining/conference area, the rear cargo hold, and the upper deck suites. There is also a communication station on this highly modified VIP B747.
Our ferry flight to Beijing took 10 hours and 27 minutes. The routing took us flying over 15 countries over the United Kingdom, EU Airspace, Türkiye, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and China. Enjoy some great sights en-route and a beautiful sunrise. During the flight, I share my feelings on flying this luxurious 747; truly a once-a-lifetime experience!
