I tried to contact Avianca and LifeMiles about this promotion, and the agent with whom I spoke did not know about this. Is this offer for new members, or established ones? Also, are the additional miles for %145 (at 41,000 miles or more,) in addition to the %100 that one purchases? For example, 50,000 miles purchased equals 122,500 miles received? Any additional information would be helpful.
