This promotion isn’t the best promotion ever (50% at 1.97 US cents vs 40% at 2.11 US cents). Nevertheless, you may want to consider buying some urgent miles as the rate is still on the low side – before the price increases again.

Although this might not be the best time to buy and stock up Alaska miles, the price is still on the low side. If the trend follows, the next 50% bonus promotion may only surface again in April 2020.
