Aeroflot Relaunching Moscow – Singapore Flight With A350

After nearly 17 years, Aeroflot is set to return to Singapore; putting Singapore Airlines under pressure as they will be operating their new A350 service, which features their new closed-door Business Class suite.

Aeroflot’s Schedule and Product

Starting 25th October, Aeroflot will be operating 5x weekly flights between Singapore Changi and Moscow Sheremetyevo. The schedule is as follow:

SU 281 SIN – SVO
12:30 – 18:30
(Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat)

SU280 SVO – SIN
19:40 – 10:55 (+1)
(Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun)

This route will be serviced by their new Airbus A350 aircraft. The airline currently has 15 of these aircraft on order, which will be delivered between 2020 and 2023.

These aircraft are in a three-class configuration, with 28 full-flat Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats and 264 Economy Class seats.

Singapore Airlines’ Product and Schedule

On the flip side, Singapore Airlines currently also has a 5x weekly direct A350 service between Singapore Changi and Moscow Domodedovo. This flight is also operating a fifth freedom route between Moscow Domodedovo and Stockholm Arlanda. The schedule and product are as follows:
