Every month, the Air France – KLM’s Flying Blue program publishes promotional rewards where you can book award seats at discounted award redemption prices.
Flying Blue Promo Rewards April 2023
Air France – KLM Flying Blue has just published its Promo Rewards for April 2023. You can redeem Flying Blue miles online from April 1, 2023, thru April 30, 2023, and enjoy up to a 50% redemption discount off Economy Class and Business Class on select routes.
Flying Blue program uses dynamic award pricing which means, even with the discounts, the redemption rates may vary on certain flight schedules.
For this month’s promotions, you must book the flight by April 30, 2023, and travel by September 30, 2023. The promo rewards are especially great for transatlantic routes. Here are the discounts on long-haul routes:
Save 25% off Economy Class awards(one-way) between Europe from
- Detroit (DTW): 11,250 miles
- Washington DC(IAD):12,750 miles
- Denver(DEN): 15,000 miles
- Houston(IAH): 15,000 miles
- Austin(AUS): 18,375 miles
- Minneapolis(MSP): 18,750 miles
- Salt Lake City(SLC): 22,500 miles
- Panama City(PAN): 26,625 miles
- Bogota(BOG): 27,375 miles
- Delhi(DEL): 20,250 miles

Here are some terms and conditions to take note of:
- Promo reward tickets are available for one-way and round-trip tickets paid with Miles
- Promo reward tickets issued can be changed or canceled for a fee of €50
- Promo reward tickets must be booked via www.airfrance.com or www.klm.com
All the above promo awards are based on Economy Class.
However, I found there are few cheap Business Class awards available between select cities such as Atlanta, San Jose and Saint-Denis. Since there is no published promo on Business Class, you would need to find out one by one by using the monthly availability calendar.
Summary
Air France – KLM’s Flying Blue program published the promo awards for April 2023 offering discounted award tickets on select routes where you can save between 25% ~ 50% on awards. Unfortunately, there are fewer promotions for the Business Class seat awards this time.
