Iberia A350 NEXT Business Class Flight – What’s New?

Join me on a flight onboard Iberia’s new A350 ’NEXT’ Business Class from Spain to Colombia!

My trip started at Iberia’s Velázquez Premium Lounge in Madrid, Terminal 4S. It is a huge lounge with a nice buffet spread and ample seating. My flight to Bogota was operated by one of the new A350. It features Iberia’s new Business Class suite.

The Iberia New Business Class comes with a door and increased seat width and footwell space. Apart from standard Economy, the Iberia A350 also features 3 rows of Premium Economy seats. Enjoy the A350 cockpit view during takeoff.

After takeoff, a quick full dinner was served. However, I found Iberia’s food could add more Spanish flavors. The wine list does feature more Spanish wines. I also compared Premium Economy and Economy class food. A simple breakfast was served before the landing in Bogota. Enjoy the A350 landing from the cockpit.

Iberia wasn’t a highly regarded airline in my previous memory. The new A350 and its new cabin elevate the airline to a certain level. However, the cabin, food, and services still lack some of the vibrancy, color, and excitement that Spain is known for. Iberia has all the potential to go further.
