Travel Availability
At the point of writing, the availability for the round trip flight is extremely low. I am only able to find ex Haneda on 5th March and ex Denpasar on 13th March (as shown in the above example).
However, there is more availability for one way trips from Tokyo to Bali, between late March to early April. Fare starts from $233 (¥23,700).

Singapore Airlines is now having a 15% redemption discount for Tokyo and Bali. You may choose to redeem for a Singapore Airlines flight for travel from Bali to Tokyo.
How to Find These Fares
One of the best ways to find these fares is through Google Flights. Google Flights will eventually direct you to Expedia Japan to book your tickets.
You may also try to find better dates on Skyscanner as well.

Where Should I Credit This Ticket?
The domestic flight on ANA should credit into fare class K, while the international flight on Garuda Indonesia should credit into fare class I
Check out wheretocredit. These tickets should book into fare code K on ANA and fare code I on Garuda Indonesia, for some great earnings on ANA or Delta.
For example, a return flight between Tokyo and Bali would be 8150 miles on ANA.
