Avianca use Terminal 4 at Madrid. Business Class passengers are invited to use Iberia Sala VIP Velazquez lounge in the satellite terminal.
I have a short morning stay in the lounge. (it was very quiet with few international flights in early morning)
Here are some picture impression of the almost empty lounge. There aren't much food on offer but my visit was very early. There are plenty of drinks on offer.
